The Legacy of the Jeffery Hale, Citadel, and St. Brigid's Home Foundations

The Quebec City English-Speaking Community Foundation (QCESCF) connects heritage and future generations through collective impact.
Born from the legacy of the Jeffery Hale, Citadel, and St. Brigid’s Home Foundations, QCESCF carries forward generations of care, compassion, and commitment to the English-speaking population of Quebec City and surrounding regions.

Richard Walling, Executive Director JH Partners

"We are grateful for QCESCF’s long-term commitment, which has helped build a stronger, healthier, more engaged and more inclusive English-speaking community in our region."
